Your Google listing and your Instagram are your best shop window: that's where new clients find you. With ClaudIA you put a «Book» button there and you choose where it lands: on your own booking page — where they pick a service, a person and a time — or straight into WhatsApp with the message already written, if you'd rather they talked to you.
Every link also downloads as a high-quality QR code, ready for the front desk or the window — and there's a ready-made A5 poster, with your logo and a big QR, to stick on the door. Because each link carries its own source tag, you finally know which channel brings you the most new clients, with nothing to install and no change to the way you work.
How it works
- Your dashboard gives you both links: the one to your booking page and the one that opens WhatsApp.
- You paste whichever you prefer into your Google Business Profile («Appointment link»), your Instagram bio and your Facebook page.
- Whoever taps it books in a minute, or writes to you: either way the appointment ends up in your diary.
- In Reports you see where each new appointment came from: Google, Instagram, Facebook, your website or direct.
