A slot that frees up at the last minute usually stays empty. With ClaudIA's waiting list, that slot is offered to whoever was waiting, and the calendar fills itself back up.
It's how you turn cancellations — and there are always cancellations — into chances to fill the calendar rather than into losses. The phone is where it showed most: somebody rang asking for something today, there was nothing, and they hung up leaving no trace. Now they're offered the list on the call itself, and only if there really is nothing left: ClaudIA checks the calendar again before offering it. The alert that a slot has opened up always goes out over WhatsApp, including when they joined by phone.
How it works
- If there's no appointment free, the client can join the waiting list.
- Writing or calling, it makes no difference: ClaudIA adds them on both channels.
- When somebody cancels, that slot can be offered to whoever was waiting.
- Fewer empty gaps from one day to the next.
